Terms & Conditions

Bookings: All bookings will be confirmed in writing or by email. A deposit is required to secure the reservation. The balance to be paid one month before arrival

Data protection act: We will only use you contact details internally e.g. to send you special offers and information. We will not pass your information onto any third party.

Arrival: After 4pm on day of arrival.
Departure: No later than 10.00 am please.

Your Property: You and all members of your party agree to leave the property clean and tidy an in a similar condition as its been found. No subletting or allowing it to be occupied by more than the stated number of guests, that has been accepted by us. You are responsible for the actual costs of any breakages or damage in or to the property which caused by any member of your party. Kestrel View does have amazing sea views from the property itself, compared with Sparrow Corner but the difference in price reflects this. However they are both set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings and are clean and tidy and welcoming and both great for families.
